By using Seatly you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

What you get

Planning your seating chart is free: unlimited tables, unlimited guests, unlimited changes, stored for as long as you want it. A one-time payment of $12 unlocks the print-ready export for that chart, and every later export of that same chart is included at no extra cost.

Your link is your key

There are no accounts. Whoever holds your chart’s link can edit it. Keep it somewhere safe — we can only send it to the email address you gave us, and if you gave us none, we have no way to identify you as the owner.

The AI floor-plan import

Uploading a floor plan gives you a starting point, not a survey. The extraction is automated and will sometimes get table positions, sizes or counts wrong — always check it against your venue’s own plan before printing. You confirm you have the right to upload any plan you give us.

Refunds

If the export doesn’t work or isn’t what you expected, email us within 30 days at hello@seatly.io and we’ll refund you in full. No argument, no form.

Fair use

Don’t use Seatly to break the law, don’t upload other people’s personal data without a reason to, and don’t attack the service. We may suspend access that does.

Liability

Seatly is provided as-is. We work hard to keep your chart safe, but we can’t accept liability beyond the amount you paid us. Keep your own copy of anything critical — printing it is, after all, the point.
